Crafting your next mailshot
Last year, The Direct Mail Information Service estimated that every £1 spent on mailshots brought a £14 return. With response rates of up to 11%, business and consumer mailshots brought in over £27 billion.
But it’s not all good news. Over 40% of this business went to a handful of hugely successful campaigns. For many companies, direct mail didn't bring in the promised returns.
